Isoblocs have been developed specifically for, although their use is not limited to, power presses to provide effective vertical and horizontal shock absorption, vibration isolation and damping as well as easy and precise levelling on a much larger scale than Isomounts.

Load range from 7,500kg up to 50,000kg per mount.

Isobloc Product Specification

Select mounts so that:
Machine + Tooling + Workpiece Weight (kg) / Number of Mounts
is approximately 60 to 70% of the maximum load given for the selected mount.

Ensure that the estimated load per mount does not exceed 80% of the maximum load capacity for the selected mount.

If the machine is made up of sections, calculate load per mount for each section.

Standard steel cover finish: Yellow RAL 1023 Powder Coated (alternative finishes and colours available on request ).
